3. Can I buy shoes online without trying them on?

Of course! If you know your correct size, you can confidently buy online — Genex Footwear follows a standard size chart similar to other leading shoe brands in Bangladesh.

4. How do I place an order?

Here’s how you can place your order easily:

5. Can I place an order for a product that is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, please reach out through our Contact Page — our team will assist you or let you know when the item becomes available again.

You’ll find the size guide directly on the Product Details page for every item.

7. I was disconnected from the Internet while my order was being processed. How do I complete my order?

If you didn’t see a “Thank You” screen, your order wasn’t processed. Please restart the process and try again.

8. Are these prices equal to the MRP? Is there any extra tax?

Yes. All prices listed are equal to the MRP retailed in stores and are inclusive of all applicable taxes in Bangladesh.

  • Inside Dhaka: 100 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

11. Does Genex Footwear deliver outside Bangladesh?

Currently, we deliver only within Bangladesh.

12. When will I receive my order?

We deliver within 3–4 business days across Bangladesh. During promotional campaigns, delivery may take slightly longer.

16. How many times can I exchange a product?

Each product can be exchanged once only.

17. Which products cannot be exchanged?

Discounted items and undergarments are not eligible for exchange.
